1) Where are you located?
We have two locations: 2250 Williamsburg Pike, Richmond, Indiana 47374 and 5300 Dixie Highway, Fairfield, Ohio 45014....top

 
2) What are your shipping charges?
We ship all domestic orders by way of UPS Ground out of our warehouse located in Elkhart, Indiana.  Some orders will drop ship out of our vendor's warehouses.....top
 
3) Can I order via FAX?
Yes, you can fax your orders. Please include complete product details, full billing & shipping address, phone number, email address, credit card number, exp. date and full name on Card. We will reply with a confirmation of your order via phone or email. Our Fax Number is 765-966-1840. ...top

RETURNS - If you are not pleased with your purchase, simply return it for a full refund.  Please be aware that shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless we shipped an incorrect item.  Items that show signs of wear, installation or use cannot be considered for refund. ...top

 
11) How long until my order ships?
Orders are processed the same or next business day it is received. Unless an item is on back-order, it is processed the same day. Our primary shipping method is UPS.  Street addresses are required (no P.O. Boxes please).  Shipping and handling charges will be added to product cost at the time of check out.  If one or more items are not available for immediate shipment, you will be notified and asked to accept a new estimated ship date or cancel the order.  For the customers protection, website orders over $350.00 must ship to the credit card billing address only.  We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.. ...top
